Anular su estadía a menos de 30 días a una (1) semana antes del viaje: se cobrará una (1) noche de penalidad y el saldo restante se valida como nota de crédito a favor del huésped.
Anular su estadía a menos de una semana (7 días): no show.
En caso de aplicar una reprogramación, sería sólo por causas de fuerza mayor, es válida para una (1) ocasión, con vigencia de hasta 6 meses; en caso de aumento, debe pagar diferencia tarifa (están sujetas a cambio sin previo aviso). solicite su nota de crédito para más detalles, en dicho caso.
No se hacen reembolsos.
Al alojarse en alguno de los establecimientos, se considera que el huésped automáticamente está de acuerdo con todas las Políticas antes mencionadas y normas internas que se detallan a continuación:
Es necesario respetar el horario de servicio y de las áreas de esparcimiento, detallados en los respectivos Programas de cada establecimiento.
De causar algún huésped daños al mobiliario o equipos del hotel deberá responder ante el establecimiento pagando el costo de reposición o el monto de reparación según el caso.
Las toallas sólo deben ser usadas dentro de las áreas del establecimiento.
Los menores de edad deberán alojarse siempre acompañados por sus padres o representantes, quienes velarán en todo momento por el bienestar de sus niños.
No es permitido ingerir alimentos, ni bebidas alcohólicas, en las habitaciones o suites.
Por favor tenga presente que está prohibido fumar en las habitaciones, pasillos y áreas de esparcimiento.
Nuestras instalaciones son de uso exclusivo para nuestros huéspedes. No se permiten invitados, sin previa autorización.
Desde las 22:00 horas debe moderarse el volumen acústico. Aunque sea sólo un cliente quien lo pida, se deben apagar las luces y respetar el silencio.

A lovely place. During our stay in Los Roques we stayed at this inn. The stay was phenomenal. Simple rooms but with everything you need, they have air conditioning. The staff is super friendly and the food prepared by Doña Carmen and her daughter is incredible, based on fish and vegetables. If we have the opportunity to return to this paradise, we would return to Bequeve.
Los Roques is one of my favorite destinations and since I met Posada Bequeve I have not stayed anywhere else. From the moment you arrive at the airport, they welcome you to take your suitcases and when you arrive you have satellite internet, which for me is one of the most important things since I can perfectly work remotely. The rooms are super comfortable and have details that make the difference. The meals are unbeatable, each dish surprises me more than the other and they also send you a cava for the beach with lunch and drinks. They usually welcome you at the inn with delicious snacks. Another thing that stands out about this inn is that it has its own boat for transfers to the keys, which is quite spacious, comfortable and in perfect condition. On the beach they have quality awnings and chairs with microfiber towels that I love since they dry super fast. If you request it, they will lend you snorkeling equipment so you can enjoy on the beach. They have a small camp built by them in Noronky (attached photo) that I really liked since it is very comfortable to eat and shelter from the sun and the view is incredible. Additionally, all of the staff are very friendly and attentive, which makes my stays always very pleasant.

The beach chairs are super comfortable, the cellar includes snack and lunch thermoses. I recommend it 100%. We don't feel the light rationing. It has very good internet
It was our first visit to this inn, fourth time visiting Los Roques. I took my wife for her birthday and unfortunately it was not what we expected. Bequeve offers packages such as a VIP inn but does not meet the expectations of its competitors. We have visited VIP and regular inns; Without a doubt, Bequeve did not comply with what was offered. Upon our arrival we were received in a punctual manner, they told us the regulations of the inn as well as offering us breakfast on the first day (that was a very nice detail). The inn is very nice, the rooms are very comfortable, BUT…. At the time of going out to the beach when we went to board the boat, the captain didn't even say good morning, an extremely heavy, gray aura, he doesn't make the slightest effort to make you feel comfortable, zero education. We were the only guests at the inn and the captain told us that Madrisky was playing that day, after insisting we went to Francisqui, upon arriving he told us that he is coming for us at 4P.M. without asking ourselves what time we would like to leave the key. The chairs (super uncomfortable), nothing to highlight in the awning, cellar or lunch. They include 2 large mineral waters, 2 soft drinks and 2 canned beers per person, (no juice, paper or any other option) the lousy lunch, accompanied by a kraker cookie and a susy, zero fruits in all of our 3 days on the beach. It is worth noting that they did not send the snorkeling equipment to go to the Natural Pool (in their networks they indicate that the snorkeling equipment goes on all your walks, but at the inn they do not place it if you do not request it). Returning to the great Roque, we were shocked to find the main door of the Inn closed, the lights off, and no staff to welcome us. When we entered the inn and walked through the kitchen, it was the captain who told us "what is on that plate is yours." For dinner on the first night, I felt very bad and embarrassed with my wife because of the dishes offered at the inn, I thought that I was not at the same Posada Bequeve that I saw on the networks. For the second and third day we decided to visit the keys on our own. Mrs. Luz was not present during our stay, nor was the beach guide Deivys. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT
UNFORGETTABLE AND SPECTACULAR: my husband and I visited Los Roques for the first time and stayed in Bequeve. The attention to detail with constant communication via WhatsApp helped us feel prepared for the visit. They met us right on time at the airport and served us an excellent breakfast led by Chef Carmen (who is an incredible cook and a beautiful person) I have dietary restrictions and cannot eat gluten. The girls in the kitchen made sure to prepare different things for me and take care of me during my stay. The rooms are extremely comfortable with air conditioning and quiet. What an exclusive and unforgettable treatment. We will return and stay here!
