Margarita is spectacular! We bought a gift package for our parents to unwind on the island. My parents are 73 years old and my mother is in a wheelchair due to a medical condition she suffered a year ago. They live in Mérida and we are abroad. Andreina not only helped us choose the best option, but she helped us change the dates due to my mother's condition and once she was fit to travel, we embarked. She accompanied us in all the details, from the accompaniment at the airport there were even firefighters who took her like a queen to the plane, then on the island they were waiting for them, the driver ended up being friends of theirs, and at the resort they helped them, they consented, the lifeguards accompanied them to the beach next to her all the time, they waited for her with a chair already in the water for her to put her little feet in, at dinners even a mariachi sang to her. and Andreina always there monitoring that they are well throughout the trip. In short, they had an extraordinary time and despite it being a trip where they were alone, the entire agency team and the contracted resort made sure that they felt accompanied and cared for as if we were there, so if they are out and want to give their parents an experience, A Margarita is the place, 1000% recommended and obviously we will repeat, thank you always.
